  • A technical issue caused by Bare Talk prevented the proper delivery of the service.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Rendered Services: Once a service has been fully provided, it is non-refundable.

  • Digital Products: Accessed or downloaded digital products are non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions: For recurring monthly subscriptions, upon cancellation, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time within the billing period.

3. Refund Requests

  • To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase.

  • Please provide details of the issue, including the date of purchase and a description of the problem.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Bare Talk reserves the right to make decisions that are fair and reasonable for both parties.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, Bare Talk will work with you to reach a resolution. However, the final decision rests with Bare Talk and will be made in alignment with this policy.
